Ge-UZ B.V. acting as Intergeuz cares about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (the improvement of) our services. Website software
We developed our website with WordPress software. The personal data you provide us for our services is not shared with this party. WordPress uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, there is no personal data collected and / or stored.
E-mail and mailing lists MailChimp
Our website uses MailChimp, a third party that manages e-mail traffic from our website and the sending of any newsletters. All confirmation e-mails that you receive from our website and web forms are sent through the MailChimp servers. MailChimp will never use your name and e-mail address for its own purposes. At the end of every automatic email sent from our website you can find the ‘unsubscribe’ link. If you click on this link you will no longer receive emails from our website. This can seriously reduce the performance of our website! MailChimp stores your personal data in a secure way. MailChimp uses cookies and other Internet technologies that provide an understanding of whether emails are opened and read. MailChimp is allowed to use your information to further improve the service and thereby share information with third parties.
Office365
We use the Office365 services for our regular business email traffic. Office365 has appropriate technical and logistical measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data. Office365 has no access to our mailbox and all email traffic is treated confidentially.
Purpose of data processing
General purpose of processing
We only use your data for the purpose of providing our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always related to the order you have given us. We do not use your details for (targeted) marketing. If you share information with us and we use this information – other than at your request – to contact you at a later date, we will ask you for permission. Your details will not be shared with third parties other than to meet accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound to confidentiality by an agreement between them and us or by an oath or legal obligation.

You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you copies or records of all the information about you that we have processed or that has been processed on our behalf by other processors or third parties at the registered email address. It is likely that in such a case, we will no longer be able to provide services, as the secure interconnection of data files can no longer be guaranteed.
Right to object and other rights
